The Bend/Ashland Feldenkrais^® Teacher Training Program will prepare you to become a Guild Certified Teacher of the Feldenkrais Method^® of somatic education. With this certification you can help people to live with greater freedom through Awareness Through Movement^® and Functional Integration^®. This 800-hour course is spread over 4 years. It is about your learning so you can benefit others.

We are currently offering registration for two complete programs. One will be offered in the Bend-Ashland area of Oregon and another in Victoria, BC.

Advanced Training in Awareness Through Movement^® and Functional Integration^® is available to Guild Authorized and Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teachers^® and Practitioners^cm. In this in-depth training, you will learn to refine your organization, observation and student relationships in the Method to become a more efficient, skillful teacher. Advanced Training classes range in length from 3 to 10 days and count toward fulfilling your continuing education requirement.

Public Workshops are for anyone who wants to learn to move with greater ease and live in greater personal comfort.
